At least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment is necessary, otherwise a $40 fee is chargeable.
When we agree on an appointment time, we make a commitment to set aside time for one another. If you don't show for an appointment it doesn't alter our commitment to the time set aside for you. We reserve the right to invoice for missed appointments when no notice or insufficient notice has been given.
